Stakeholder

Buyers

Direct beneficiary Importance: High

Description

Consumers who have fast changing wardrobes and are constantly in search of outfits to match their latest looks. They are receptive to second hand apparel as long as they are in good condition, clean and matches their fashion taste.

Sellers

Direct beneficiary Importance: High

Description

Those who have excessive clothing items either because they only needed the clothing once or a few times for very specific occasions, they can no longer fit into the clothing or the style no longer match the latest trends. Yet the clothing items are mostly still in good conditions and would still be valuable if passed on rather than disposed as waste.
