เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวนาปี 120 คน ใน 6 ชุมชน ต.โนนน้ำเกลี้ยง อ.สหัสขันธ์ จ.กาฬสินธุ์ เนื่องจาก 1.การขาดรายได้หลังฤดูกาลเก็บเกี่ยว ช่วง 7 เดือน/ปี 2.การขาดความตระหนักรู้ในเรื่องการสร้างรายได้จาดวัสดุทางการเกษตรที่มีอย่างมากมายในชุมชน
