แบ่งปันให้ เป็นองค์กรเพื่อสังคมที่เป็นตัวแทนการซื้อขายของผู้พิการจากผู้ประกอบการ โดยผู้ประกอบการจ้างงานคนพิการสัดส่วน 1:100 ผู้ประกอบการตกลงใช้สิทธิ์ตามมาตรา 35 และหน่วยงานภาครัฐตรวจสอบข้อสัญญาให้เป็นธรรมต่อผู้พิการ ผู้ประกอบการมอบผลิตภัณฑ์แทนการจ่ายเงินสมทบเข้ากองทุน แบ่งปันให้นำเสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์ในช่องทางต่างๆ ให้กับผู้ประกอบการแทนคนพิการ โดยนำผลิตภัณฑ์ไปจำหน่ายตามช่องทางต่างๆเช่นพื้นที่ของเอกชน และภาครัฐ จากนั้นแบ่งปันให้ นำรายได้จากการจัดจำหน่ายกลับมามอบแก้ผู้พิการ
